Returns & Refunds Policy

At Most Muscular, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below carefully, as it is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both you and us.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe: We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Health & Safety: Due to the nature of our supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or promotional giveaways.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@mostmuscular.shop with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If returning due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.


3. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for unopened, unused products returned within 30 days.

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Opened/used products, sale items, and gift cards.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider. Processing times may vary.

  • If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at support@mostmuscular.shop.


4. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


6. Changing or Cancelling an Order

  • Address Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update your shipping details.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


7. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund in cases where:

  • Products are returned used, opened, or outside the 30-day window.

  • Items are returned without prior approval.

  • Fraudulent or abusive return activity is suspected.
